Private investor, Rcapital, has completed the acquisition of aerospace and defence engineering business, FGP Group, protecting over 200 jobs in Dorset.
FGP Group includes precision engineering business FGP Systems, parts manufacturer FGP Lufton, and surface treatments business Ramp Surface Coatings.
The existing management team will remain in place and be supported by Rcapital to stabilize trading and position the business for growth. [ more ]
