Real Madrid are interested in signing Alexis Mac Allister from Liverpool in the January transfer window, according to Indykaila New s. Madrid, who are aiming to win La Liga and the Champions League, will bid for Argentina international midfielder Mac Allister when the transfer window opens in January. Liverpool are also keen on bringing in two new midfielders, with Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi set on a move to the defending Premier League champions.

He's been in and out and, like you say, with signing players, it's probably fried his head a little bit and he's not really sure what's what at the minute. Mac Allister is undoubtedly still a fine player, but LFC could do with him getting back to his best as soon as possible as they do seem to be struggling to control games like they did when he was looking more confident last season.

He missed a lot of pre-season. He is ready for one game a week, maybe 70-90 [minutes]. He played 90 for Argentina and was really tired after 70 so doesn't have the right build-up to play three games a week, 90 minutes. I was always sure I would take him off after 60 minutes for him to be ready to be back on the pitch on Wednesday and Saturday and I already made one substitution in the first half.
