"Pizza Pockets'' instead of Michelin-star-worthy fois gras - after a judge held her on bail for her latest alleged food filching. The 34-year-old wannabe influencer, who has been repeatedly busted in recent weeks for allegedly scamming top restaurants out of free meals, is being held on $4,500 cash bail in the women's quarters at the city's notorious jail by Brooklyn Criminal Court Judge Jung Park after she was arrested for at least the ninth time Friday.
Stith spent nearly a year in jail until last August, after Judge Brian Caruth set bail at a July court hearing. Caruth ordered Stith to reside at a transitional housing center and obey all laws while out of custody, according to a transcript of the bail hearing. Given her conduct with regards to efforts at rehabilitation, the court is inclined to believe Ms. Stith is not particularly prone to continue to engage in violent conduct if released from custody.
"The hearing gave us the opportunity to present clear and convincing evidence that Kseniia Petrova was not carrying anything dangerous or unlawful, and that customs officers at Logan International Airport had no legal authority to revoke her visa or detain her."
