A missing toddler has died after being discovered in a neighbor's pool, Riverside County authorities said Saturday. The girl, who has not been identified, was rushed to a hospital but pronounced deceased at the facility. Shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday, Riverside County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of a drowning on the 30000 block of Wellington Circle in Temecula.

The suspect, Jason Brauner, dressed as a hospital employee and stole over $100,000 in surgical equipment and skin grafts during three incidents in June and July.

Lawrence David Orso, 46, of Murrieta had a blood alcohol level of 0.23% nearly three times the legal limit for driving when he was arrested.

The fast-growing Wolf fire erupted Sunday afternoon, quickly growing to more than 2,400 acres and forcing evacuations and road closures near Banning. More than 300 fire personnel, four helicopters, and 70 engines are on site to contain the blaze.
