I appreciate that so many people are incensed by Kimmel's despicable call to violence, and normally would not be responsive to anything that he said but, this is something far beyond the pale.

Christensen has openly defended the cold-blooded murder of a young Jewish couple and has lionized their murderer as a 'resistance fighter.'

"I was really angry, really upset and distressed that those children had died and that I knew how the parents felt. Those parents still have to live a life of grief."
