The House of Rooted Theater Festival, presented by Rooted Theater Company in partnership with The Billie Holiday Theater and Brooklyn Pride, celebrates queer artistry through original works by LGBTQ+ artists. Taking place on June 21 in Brooklyn, the festival highlights stories that reflect the depth and resilience of queer life. Now in its second year, it has become an essential part of Pride Month, drawing audiences with its intimate storytelling. Artistic leaders emphasize its importance in uplifting diverse voices and narratives within the performing arts community. Tickets are available for those aged 16 and up.
