New York Liberty to host second annual Brooklyn Dribble, inspiring local youth * Brooklyn Paper
Briefly

The New York Liberty will host The Brooklyn Dribble again on Sunday, Sept. 7, following its success the previous year. This community event encourages local youth to participate in a one-mile dribble through Brooklyn Bridge Park. The free event begins at Pier 6 and includes a Liberty Fan Fest at Pier 2 with activities, food trucks, and entertainment. The team aims to foster community connections and has been actively involved in youth basketball camps and the establishment of a new training center in Brooklyn. Pre-registration is available for participants.
The Brooklyn Dribble is about more than celebrating our team - it's about bringing people together, honoring the community that has continued to show up and support us, and creating meaningful and lasting memories in Brooklyn, together.
To make sure everyone can join in, the team will provide basketballs and T-shirts. The Fan Fest promises fun for all ages, featuring appearances by Ellie the Elephant, the Timeless Torches, a special guest, and a DJ to keep the energy high.
