The selections were made to the OASIS+ 8(a) track and create a window for size challenges questioning whether those companies qualify as small businesses. GSA plans to issue formal notices-to-proceed to the 53 firms by Sept. 30. Agencies may begin acquiring services from these awardees on Oct. 1. The OASIS+ 8(a) track now includes 489 participating companies, while the vehicle’s overall small-business awardee count is 2,823.
