"SAN JOSE Police arrested five male juvenile suspects from Livermore the youngest just 12 years old for allegedly robbing a man coming out of a casino of $2,000, with one striking him with the handle of a firearm, authorities said. The suspects the 12-year-old, along with two youths aged 17, as well as a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old were held on suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a firearm,"
"Shortly before 9 p.m. June 23, police responded to a report of an armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon outside a casino, authorities said. As the victim exited the casino, four suspects allegedly attempted to steal his bag, with one brandishing a firearm. One of the suspects then hit the victim with the handle of the firearm. The suspects then stole about $2,000 and personal belongings from the victim and fled in a vehicle, authorities said."
Police arrested five male juvenile suspects from Livermore—ages 12, two 17s, 16 and 18—on suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a firearm. Shortly before 9 p.m. on June 23, officers responded to an armed robbery and assault outside a San Jose casino after four suspects attempted to steal a man's bag while one brandished a firearm. One suspect struck the victim with the firearm's handle, and the group stole about $2,000 plus personal belongings before fleeing in a vehicle. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized. Arrest and search warrants led to arrests on Sept. 3–4 and recovery of evidence linking the suspects to the incident.
