Santa reviewed his lists and found most children on the "good" list while most adults—across religious affiliations—landed on the "bad" list. Santa canceled his deliveries both as punishment for adult behavior and because environmental damage from overuse of fossil fuels and animal-based agriculture has made his mission impossible. Even absent punishment, dwindling ice caps would prevent his yearly rounds.
