Zalos raises $3.6M to automate finance workflows
"Zalos trains agents from screen recordings of the actual workflows finance teams run inside their existing tools, eliminating the need for API integrations or custom connectors."
"The agent replicates sequences like billing cycles in NetSuite or reconciliation processes in SAP S/4HANA, logging in, navigating screens, and entering data without modifying the underlying system."
Zalos, a startup from Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch, has raised $3.6 million to create computer agents that automate finance workflows. Founded by a former Agicap GM and an ex-Apple Pay engineer, Zalos addresses the integration challenges faced by finance teams using disparate systems. Instead of developing a new ERP, Zalos trains agents using screen recordings of existing workflows, allowing them to operate without modifying underlying systems. The funding round was led by 14 Peaks, with participation from Cohen Circle and 20VC, featuring notable investors from finance software backgrounds.
