A simple make-ahead breakfast combines old-fashioned rolled oats, blueberry yogurt (or preferred flavored yogurt), chia seeds, milk (or almond milk), and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. The mixture is stirred, covered, and refrigerated for at least eight hours or overnight to hydrate the oats and chia. The next day the oats are stirred and served cold with fresh blueberries and pomegranate seeds, or warmed using a microwave in 30-second intervals or on the stovetop in a saucepan, stirring constantly until heated. Optional toppings include nuts and additional fruit. A YouTube link provides a visual demonstration.
