Autodesk has teamed up with Disney and Lucasfilm for a unique artistic challenge, inviting fans to design new droids using Maya, 3ds Max, or Fusion.
Winners of the contest can have their designs made real and displayed at Lucasfilm, get VIP tours, and have their droids digitally showcased at Walt Disney Studios.
The competition is open to individuals over 18, running throughout May with submissions accepted on autodesk.com. The contest closes on June 4, with winners announced on June 18.
