The quest's objective is in the Great Desert. In our campaign, the Precious Treasure assignment appeared automatically as we finished the region's objectives.
To get the Blue Monsoon bikini, go to the southeastern part of the Great Desert, find the ruins of a freeway, and open the red crate to obtain it.
