The English Traditional home, constructed in 1957, contains 7,300 square feet with seven bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a screening room, and billiard room. Both properties offer panoramic canyon views. Hanks and Wilson acquired the homes separately in 2003 and 2007 for a combined $13.1 million. The sale was handled by agents Mary Lu Tuthill and David Offer, with the buyer being a California-based limited liability company.
