Managing director Haim Danous reflects on personal connections to the location, aiming to create a unique dining experience inspired by Thai culture and aesthetics.
To celebrate the launch, guests can enjoy 25 per cent off food for two weeks (advance booking required). Plus, the first 100 walk-ins get a free Green or Jungle Curry.
Signatures at Bayswater include Buriram Chicken, Cha Cha Beef, and Laab Ped, a duck dish with contrasting flavours of tangy lime juice and salted fish sauce.
Haim Danous stated this location holds special significance for him due to its ties to his professional and artistic journey selling art by Hyde Park.
The new venue's interior will feature stone walls and bricks reminiscent of Phanom Rung Historical Park, creating a vibrant tropical atmosphere.
