
"Rapper DigDat has been jailed for life over a drive-by shooting in west London. The rapper, whose real name is Nathan Tokosi, shot Daniel Offei-Ntow, 27, six times in the head, mouth and body as he sat in his car in Notting Hill. Tokosi, whose single Air Force peaked at number 20 on the UK singles chart in 2018, also appeared on BBC Radio 1Xtra."
"The rapper, of Deptford, south-east london, was one of at least two people in a stolen Audi that pulled up beside Mr Offei-Ntow's vehicle in Clydesdale Road on November 20 2023. At least six shots were fired from a rear passenger window, hitting Mr Offei-Ntow mutliple times and he was lucky not to die, prosecutor Kate Bex KC , previously told a court. Firearms officers arrived quickly and found the victim's Mitsubishi Outlander riddled with bullet holes and the interior covered in blood."
Nathan Tokosi, known as DigDat, was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 24 years after convictions for attempted murder and firearms offences. Tokosi shot 27-year-old Daniel Offei-Ntow six times in the head, mouth and body while Offei-Ntow sat in his car in Notting Hill on 20 November 2023. At least two people in a stolen Audi pulled up beside the victim's vehicle and fired from a rear passenger window. Police found the Mitsubishi Outlander riddled with bullet holes and blood. Investigators recovered a firearm, three rounds of ammunition and DNA linking Tokosi and Kamal Benjamin to the Audi; Benjamin had left the UK days earlier.
