Chowly buys digital marketing platform Targetable

Toast has made several acquisitions in the past few years, including buying Delphi Display Systems to provide digital display and drive-thru technology to QSR clients. Deliverect, which integrates online orders for restaurants, bought ChatFood last year to add dine-in ordering to its platform.
The addition of Targetable's digital marketing technology could boost Chowly's ability to drive online ordering traffic and integrate with a restaurant's point-of-sales system.
