Vice City Pizza, known for its distinct Detroit-style pizzas, is set to take over Bar Bella in South Miami for a summer residency starting June 14. Chef Carlos Estarita will serve a variety of square-cut pies, including signature creations like the Roni & Hot Honey and the Brie and Fig. Throughout this residency, the former menu will be replaced with a special bites menu at the bar, featuring an array of small plates. Co-owner Jorgie Ramos believes the South Miami area will embrace the unique offerings of Vice City Pizza.
Starting Saturday, June 14, at Bar Bella, you'll be able to order the square-cut pizzas from Chef Carlos Estarita, made with Vice City's special two-day fermented dough.
Vice City Pizza is taking over Bar Bella for a summer residency, known for its nontraditional Detroit-style pizzas and unique toppings.
Ramos, who co-owns Vice City Pizza, opened Bar Bella in late 2024 and believes Vice City will thrive in the booming South Miami area.
The restaurant's back bar Abi Maria is bringing back its bites menu featuring cured meats, cheeses, and small plates like calamari and truffle tots.
