The footage, allegedly recorded by a female passenger in the backseat, appears to capture Morgan saying, "Oh, there she goes-she's in the middle of the thing," followed by the passenger responding, "Oh, perfect opportunity," just before the Jeep drove into the victim."

"Prosecutors said Morgan later shared the video with several people, adding, "I don't regret it. This was a message to everybody. Not playing around this year." The victim was treated at Brookdale Hospital for injuries consistent with assault and being hit by a vehicle, though she reportedly has no memory of the Jeep striking her, officials said."
