Skeletal remains of a human were found along Jackie Robinson Parkway in Glendale by a Department of Transportation worker around 10:40 a.m. on August 6. The remains were discovered wrapped in a black trash bag in a grassy area near Highland Boulevard, close to the border of Queens and Brooklyn. The NYPD has not yet determined the gender or identity of the remains, and the cause of death is under investigation by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The 104th Precinct continues its investigation and requests the public to assist with any information.
