Skeletal remains of a human were found along Jackie Robinson Parkway in Glendale by a Department of Transportation worker around 10:40 a.m. on August 6. The remains were discovered wrapped in a black trash bag in a grassy area near Highland Boulevard, close to the border of Queens and Brooklyn.
