
"The big cat was first spotted in the 700 block of North Hampton Drive in north Palo Alto, not far from Greene Middle School. It was later reported in the 1900 block of Byron Avenue in the Old Palo Alto neighborhood, about three blocks from the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo."
"While the mountain lion didn't display aggressive behavior, 'Residents in the immediate area should be aware and keep pets indoors,' police said. Animal Control officers and personnel from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife have responded."
