"BART riders looking to get from the Peninsula to the East Bay, or vice versa, were in for an unpleasant surprise on Sunday night when trains were halted through the Transbay Tube. The stoppage was necessary due to a loss of communications, according to BART news release. No other information regarding the situation such as when the trains would once again be up and running through the Transbay Tube was immediately available."
