Tracking every ICE arrest in San Francisco so far
Briefly

Recently, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers conducted a series of arrests in San Francisco, detaining at least 20 immigrants at their field office and the immigration court. Many individuals were arrested during voluntary check-ins or court appearances and sent to distant detention facilities. The arrests have negatively impacted families, with several children among those detained. In response, community protests have emerged, highlighting public frustration with ICE’s practices and escalating tensions between demonstrators and law enforcement as significant arrests occurred during protests.
People were picked up at ICE's downtown field office and the San Francisco Immigration Court and sent to detention facilities as far away as Texas and Arizona.
Protesters have hit back. On Sunday night, a rally against ICE in downtown San Francisco - partly in solidarity with thousands who have taken to the streets in Los Angeles - resulted in a standoff between the crowd and dozens of police officers, leading to over 150 arrests.
