Uber will roll out robotaxi service in the Bay Area using Lucid vehicle architecture, Nuro autonomous systems, and Uber's ridehailing platform. One hundred test vehicles are planned to be on the road in the coming months, with a public launch expected next year and San Francisco as the initial market.
