"This marks the company's latest move, as it was just in December of 2025 when Gemini Predictions was launched through the affiliate Gemini Titan. It received a Designed Contract Market (DCM) license from the U.S. CFTC a week ahead of its arrival. Gemini Titan received a DCM licence from the CFTC On its arrival from the crypto-native finance platform, Gemini Predictions announced it would be offering event contracts that are simple yes or no questions on future events."
Gemini Titan filed a self-certification with the CFTC to list time-interval prop bets that specify how many points teams will score during defined time periods. The proposed contracts are worded as questions about whether recorded points in a time period will be above, below, exactly, at least, or between specified counts. The Exchange supplied contract rules, terms and conditions, an explanation and analysis asserting compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act, and a confidential treatment request. The company classifies the products as swaps and as sports event contracts. Gemini Predictions launched in December 2025 after Gemini Titan received a Designed Contract Market license, and customers can trade event contracts using USD on web, iOS, and Android. Competing entrants include Fanatics Markets and FanDuel Predicts.
