A woman was found dead on train tracks in Kilburn and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. Police have launched an appeal to locate a man who was seen speaking with her on CCTV weeks before her death. The CCTV shows them talking and smoking on Priory Bridge in Kilburn for 20 minutes between 8.10 and 8.30pm on July 5, after which the man left. The man is not suspected of any criminal involvement but may hold information relevant to the investigation. Police ask him to contact British Transport Police quoting reference 17 of 17 July or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
