Capgemini will immediately begin selling Capgemini Government Solutions, the subsidiary that provided technology services to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). French government officials pressed the company for greater transparency about its dealings with ICE amid international concern after recent federal immigration actions in Minneapolis that included fatal shootings. The subsidiary represents about 0.4% of Capgemini's estimated 2025 revenue. CEO Aiman Ezzat said he was only recently made aware of the ICE contract and that the nature and scope of the work raised questions. An NGO reported the subsidiary supplied technical tools to ICE to locate targets.
