Magnite hints at potential future legal action against Google
Briefly

Magnite generated over $173 million in revenue, a 6% increase year over year, as of June 30. CEO Michael Barrett indicated potential impacts from ongoing Google antitrust trials, especially regarding its ad server and supply-side platform. He noted that changes to Google's ad stack could benefit Magnite significantly. Barrett stated they would have a clearer opinion as the remedies phase begins. Chief legal officer Aaron Slatz emphasized they are evaluating all options without disclosing specifics, underlining the perceived merit in possible litigation against Google.
When the remedies are put forth, we'll probably have a stronger opinion. And as it relates to any possible litigation and a civil action, I will just stick with the verbiage that we used in the script that we're looking at, and we think there's a lot of merit there.
We can't really comment any further on timing or specific intentions, other than we're obviously considering all of our options, and we do think there's a lot of merit.
