The X50 Ultra is the Chinese version of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, which is also expected later this month. The local model will have some additional features, with AI being a key part of the advertising so far.
Both models are powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and a 4,500mAh battery (4,365mAh rated) with 125W fast charging.
The defining features of the model include the curved 6.7" OLED display on the front and the 3x periscope lens on the back with a distinctive lens shape and a 64MP sensor.
The Motorola X50 Ultra should have extended memory options compared to its Edge twin. Users will be able to pick between 8, 12, 16, and even 18GB of RAM and 128GB to 1TB storage.
