The design retains fragments of original layouts, extends them, and weaves them with axes from later interventions to create a layered domestic landscape that carries its history. The house lifts its front facade toward the street and slopes the roof to compress the rear elevation into a thin, semi-buried strip that connects directly to the garden. Inside, the plan splits between a double-height garden-facing core and a compact service wing, with reinforced concrete on the lower level and a lightweight upper floor to respect original foundation limits.
