// FON_OS is a collaborative audiovisual performance and research project by musician and composer Fon Román and visual designer and researcher Oswaldo García (Universidade de Vigo). Together they explore how heritage spaces can be reimagined as living instruments through the fusion of real-time sound improvisation and architectural digital twins. At the core of the project lies a shared question: how can contemporary creative practices reactivate heritage spaces, allowing us to experience them not as silent monuments but as resonant organisms?

The new version of the software upgrades AI-powered photogrammetry further and introduces improved workflows for faster fully-automated, customised data processing pipelines for digitization, design iteration and bulk product analysis. Updates in Artec Studio 20 include an addition to make the handheld 3D scanner Artec Spider II more efficient with Live Scan Decimation, which delivers high-detail, lightweight models. The scanner can also now do real-time fusion, previously an Artec Leo exclusive.

The Restroom Archive is an ongoing case study aimed at documenting public restrooms, capturing their humorous, chaotic, and often scary nature.
