Wales players were recovering from shock at their hotel in north-east Switzerland after their team bus was involved in an accident with a car en route to a planned training session in St Gallen.

Both Laguerre and Transdev, the bus operator, are named as defendants in the lawsuit. Transdev is accused of "gross negligence" by not supervising or training its employees.

The incident involving a crash between a bus and a car in Lewisham led to one individual being hospitalized, highlighting safety concerns in urban transport.

"I heard sirens and looked out of my window to see emergency services just up the road. I went to have a look and the bus roof had been taken clean off, apparently by a tree."

A school bus carrying 43 people overturned in Co Down, with four pupils hospitalized following the incident, which is currently under police investigation.

Ada Bicakci, 9, tragically died following a bus collision in Bexley while she and her brother were with a family member. Her organs saved six children.
