Three underage San Rafael residents were charged in the Dec. 16 stabbing death of Jason James Lee; one faces murder and a knife-use enhancement.

A 59-year-old man was convicted of second-degree murder with a knife enhancement and sentenced to 16 years to life for fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend's brother in 2023.
