It's one pole, you could go crazy.' He said he used to be able to seamlessly twirl on any part of the single pole. Now he's relegated to the bottom half, just under where the pole splits, spinning just barely a foot off the ground.
Nick Liakas, the attorney for Gregory Delpeche, filed an $80 million claim stating, 'There is no amount of money that can make up for the harm that Gregory has suffered.' He emphasized that the goal is to make Delpeche's life more manageable and to provide resources for his medical needs. Additionally, Liakas urged for major policy changes, including the elimination of Tasers, citing that the NYPD caused 'irreparable harm' to an innocent bystander.
