Assisted dying: could a rarely used 1911 act help supporters override the Lords?

The Parliament Act can let the Commons bypass a delayed House of Lords and pass assisted dying law without Lords' consent after a year's delay.

Supporters plan to invoke the 1911 Parliament Act to force a Commons-passed assisted dying bill through if the House of Lords continues to delay it.
