Many autistics and other neurodivergent folks who experience sensory sensitivities have difficulty with food and eating. Some struggle to endure the feel of certain textures in their mouth.

"So I set out to grow a brand that was built around products specifically designed for use by kids," he shared on Noshi's website.

Melanie Smith, nursery manager, notes an alarming trend of children refusing healthy meals, with a significant rise in picky eaters exhibiting neophobia towards new foods.

"It's not a dish per se, but I make 'Hulk smoothies' as a compromise to my child for not wanting to eat vegetables. I do a handful of spinach, cucumber, and asparagus with water, half a banana, and half a pineapple or mango. For my kid, drinking veggies is easier than chewing because it's faster and less gross."
