In my dream world, we would fast-forward through winter and sunny spring weather would greet us as soon as the calendar hits January 1. I like to think of myself as a patient person, but I don't want to wait months to see blooming flowers in Central Park, to wear a miniskirt without freezing, or for it to finally be warm enough to order iced bevies without getting weird looks from strangers.
