The Melania Trump documentary includes a portion of Jonny Greenwood's Oscar-nominated score to the Paul Thomas Anderson film Phantom Thread. In a new statement released Monday, Greenwood said that while he does own the copyright to the score, Universal Pictures "failed to consult [him] on this third-party use which is a breach of his composer agreement." "As a result Jonny and Paul Thomas Anderson have asked for it to be removed from the documentary," the statement adds.
According to Deadline, Five Nights At Freddy's 2 had a $63 million opening weekend in the United States and Canada, and $46 million internationally against a reported $36-$51 million budget. That gave the film a $109 million global opening. The first Five Nights At Freddy's had a higher opening in 2023 with $80 million domestically, despite being released in tandem with the film's streaming premiere on Peacock.
The Hollywood Reporter cited sources who called the upcoming musical a "passion project" for Carpenter, who reportedly came to Universal equipped with ideas - and a lookbook. (Can you imagine the movie's 'fits? The press tour?) If you've been following Carpenter well before she ever brewed "Espresso," this may not come as a surprise.
