Brendan Carberry has created a prototype trail builder's bike for Marin, featuring an EGO chainsaw for efficient trail maintenance. This bike includes a custom 3D-printed rack capable of carrying extra batteries and an ebike drive system. The batteries for the EGO chainsaw and Bimotal ebike drive are interchangeable, improving functionality. The design focuses on convenience and efficiency in trail work. Although it is currently a prototype with no production plans, interest from potential users could change this.
The custom rack features 3D-printed panels with hexagon pucks that can be mounted in various locations to best fit the needs of the rider.
The most obvious addition to the Marin Pine Mountain prototype is the EGO chainsaw on the back, which allows quick operational trail work.
