Jaylen Brown matched his career playoff high with 40 points, 10 of them to help Boston run off 20 points in a row in the first half to take the lead for good.
Brown helped Boston turn a five-point first-quarter deficit into a 15-point second-quarter lead. Pascal Siakam scored 28 for Indiana, but the Celtics maintained control of the game.
