The suspect rode passed the two boys playing on a public sidewalk and said Get off the sidewalk. He then pushed the 13-year-old onto the ground and kicked and punched the 11-year-old in the back.
The NYPD is investigating the incident as a hate crime. The suspect is described as having a medium complexion and approximately 18 to 20 years old, last seen wearing specific clothing.
