NYPD investigating hate crime incident in Clinton Hill involving a Black teen. The incident, captured on surveillance video, occurred near Franklin and Myrtle avenues. The male teen riding a Citi Bike yelled at children playing tag on a sidewalk, then returned to shove a 13-year-old and an 11-year-old to the ground.
NYPD released a video seeking assistance from the public to locate the teen involved. The suspect, described as having a medium complexion, was wearing a black jacket, black and white striped shirt, light blue jeans, and white sneakers with stripes.
