The Chicago White Sox placed designated hitter Eloy Jimenez on the 10-day injured list and right-hander Steven Wilson on the 15-day IL. Jimenez is dealing with a left hamstring strain. Wilson, dealing with a back strain, is retroactive to Monday.
Nastrini, 24, will start Wednesday night's game against the host Toronto Blue Jays. He made his MLB debut on April 15 and is 0-2 with a 7.88 ERA in two starts for the White Sox.
