Greggs is launching a smaller 'Bitesize' store format to expand its reach. The first Bitesize Greggs opened at Sevenoaks Railway Station. Two additional Bitesize stores will open in December at Cheshire Oaks and Dartford Station in Kent. The rollout will begin as a trial across the UK. The compact units will target customers on the go while offering a selection of Greggs' best-selling products. The Bitesize concept is intended to support broader estate growth plans and enable the chain to reach more customers from smaller, space-efficient locations.
