In just a few weeks, the Dodgers transitioned from leading MLB in strikeouts to being the hardest team to strike out. Their strikeout rate dropped significantly from a quarter of batters to the lowest in the league.
"It was just to be more on time to heaters because, that's when we're at our best, is when we're hitting fastballs," Freeman said, emphasizing the team's focus on hitting fastballs efficiently to improve their performance.
