Anthony Martin Landry, 57, has been charged with murder in the untimely death of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith associate Jeffrey Limmer, 46.
Lewis Brisbois plans to establish a scholarship in Limmer's name at his alma mater, the South Texas College of Law.
The firm referred to the late associate as 'a hero among us' and expressed gratitude to law enforcement for identifying and apprehending the suspect.
Above the Law extends condolences to Jeffrey Limmer's family, friends, and colleagues.
