Cryptocurrency custodian BitGo will get a fresh chance to sue financial services firm Galaxy Digital after Delaware's Supreme Court reversed an earlier ruling to dismiss BitGo's lawsuit.
BitGo filed suit against Galaxy seeking $100 million, alleging Galaxy breached their merger agreement due to financial losses. Galaxy blamed it on BitGo's late financial statements.
