Louisa Rolfe, Metropolitan Police assistant commissioner, confirmed... 36-year-old man suffered injuries when his van crashed into a house in Thurlow Gardens. He remains in hospital undergoing treatment.
Ms Rolfe said, 'At this time given his injuries we have been unable to interview him. As a matter of urgency we are trying to understand exactly what happened and why.'
