Smashed, one of the first restaurants in the latest smash burger trend, has closed. The business announced its closure on Instagram after being seized by the Marshall's office.
At one point, Smashed was considered a top competitor with 7th Street Burger but faced setbacks, including delays in expansion and declining burger quality in the new location.
